We were contacted within an hour from posting ad and the response was immediate – the lady who called us was friendly, professional and easy to talk to. She arranged a visit for the next day and Chris, who came to talk to us, quickly put us at ease. He listened carefully to our ideas and suggested how we could use the space to our best advantage. He had some great ideas and proposed something completely new that we hadn’t thought of. His professional feedback was really useful and we could see that he knew his stuff. Having experience of the area and this particular council was really important to us and we wanted someone local, so with all this considered, we decided to go ahead with him straight away. Having accepted his quote, we had the letter of Engagement sent through by email the same day and the Full Measured Survey booked in for that weekend – it was all very efficient and happened very quick, which was great!

The planning design process has been an exciting experience so far and we have worked closely with Chris, who has been very patient and determined to make sure we were happy with the planning design. (We are!)

We were also keen to have the ‘Costing service’ offered to us to help us with our budget… We have to say, the whole experience has been excellent and we know that we’re in safe hands – it has taken a lot of the stress out of it all and it’s great to have a professional, experienced team on our side, who are approachable and so helpful. (We have also decided to have them project manage the building work too!)
